Here at Worthy Flavors we are always looking for new ways to accentuate the flavors of our delicious produce. Luckily, we have some very talented culinary professionals that make that possible. We love sharing our recipes, ideas, and techniques and hope they will empower you to not only cook some of our recipes, but will inspire you to come up with some of your own. Below are a few of our chefs that have contributed to this month’s Worthy Flavors recipes.

Lizzy Briskin

Lizzy is the Boston-based chef, recipe developer, food writer and photographer behind Earthen Food Co. Lizzy has a BA in English from Amherst College and chef’s training from the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts. She believes in cultivating curiosity in the kitchen and enjoying food mindfully, without overthinking it.

Lucia Palm

Lucia Palm is a content creator at LuciLovesFood. She graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2013 and soon jumped right into the hospitality industry working in restaurants ranging from James Beard Award winners to those with 3 Michelin stars. It is those experiences, coupled with her love for travel that has deeply influenced the recipes she creates. Her goal is to create original, flavor packed recipes using different ingredients from all over the world that anyone without professional training can cook for themselves.

Laura Suthoff

Southern Culinary Chef and Designer, Laura’s experience started at the age of nine catering in the family business. She has an appreciation for sustainability and locally grown products, especially from her own family farm. Laura has clean and simple cooking style as to appreciate each vegetable’s flavor.
