Ingredients

2 Bunches Red Radishes, Trimmed And Halved If Large

2 Garlic Cloves, Minced Or Grated

2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter

1 Tablespoon Honey

½ Teaspoon Kosher Salt, To Taste

Directions

1.     In a medium saucepan, combine the radishes, garlic, butter, honey, and salt. Add water just to cover the radishes. 

2.     Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook for 12 minutes, uncovered. The liquid should reduce. 

3.     Remove the radishes from the pot with a slotted spoon and cover to keep warm. If necessary, continue to reduce the liquid in the pot to a glaze-like consistency. Toss the radishes in the glaze to coat and season to taste.

¼ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

¼ Cup Olive Oil

1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard

½ Teaspoon Salt, to Taste

Black pepper to Taste

4 Cups Purple Cabbage, Thinly Sliced

1 Bunch Radishes, Thinly Sliced

8 Medjool Dates, Thinly Sliced

½ Cup Walnuts, Chopped

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the cabbage, radishes, dates, and walnuts to the dressing and toss to coat.

Ingredients

8 Cobs of Corn

2 Medium Tomatoes

1 Sweet Onion

4 Radishes

1 Jalapeno

¾ Cup Olive Oil

¾ Cup Red Wine Vinegar

¼ Cup Brown Sugar

1 Pinch Salt & Pepper

Directions

1.       Blanc corn on the cob in boiling water for 5 – 10 minutes depending on your elevation.

2.       Once corn cools, cut of the kernels from the cob and add into a large mixing bowl.

3.      Deseed, then dice tomatoes and jalapeno (if desired spicy) add to mixing bowl. Careful to not touch your eyes or face when handling a jalapeno, wash hands thoroughly.

4.       Dice sweet onion and radishes and add to mixing bowl.

5.       In a separate bowl mix oil, vinegar, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Stir until sugar dissolves.

6.       Add dressing mixture to the mixing bowl and gently stir.

7.       Refrigerate for at least 1 to 2 hours before serving with chips or toasted bread.

Ingredients

2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

½ Cup Whole Milk Plain Yogurt

½ Lemon, Juiced

½ Teaspoon Kosher Salt, to Taste

¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper, to Taste

1 Bunch (About 5) Red Radishes, Thinly Sliced

3 Scallions, Thinly Sliced

1 Cup Red Grapes, Halved if They’re Large

¾ Cup Shredded Red Cabbage

Directions

  1. Bring a medium saucepan of settled water to a boil. Place the chicken breasts in the boiling water, reduce to a simmer, and cook for 8-10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through. Remove the chicken to a plate to cool.
  2. When the chicken is cool enough to handle, shred it with two forks or your hands.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the shredded chicken, radishes, scallions, grapes, and cabbage toss to coat, and adjust seasoning.

2 Pounds Red Radishes, Trimmed and Halved

1½ Tablespoon Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup

1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt, to Taste

Handful of Fresh Dill Fronds, Minced

1 Lemon, Zested

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Place an oven-proof skillet or baking sheet in the oven to heat up while you proceed with the recipe.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, maple syrup, and salt. Add the radishes and toss to coat evenly. Transfer to the hot skillet or baking sheet and roast until fork-tender starting to caramelize, 10-12 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes.
  3. Transfer the roasted radishes to a serving bowl and toss with dill, lemon juice and lemon zest. Adjust seasoning with salt.
